Staff
All staff at Peppertree Schools meets the requirements set up and implemented by the State of California Health and Safety, CPR and First Aid.
They must be well-educated in Early Childhood Education including degrees, certificates, and/or continuing courses. Education, experience, and positive background are not the only criteria needed to be an employee at Peppertree.
Our staff members must be loving, warm, and nurturing with also the ability to set good, healthy guidelines and examples for the children to follow. We also have regular staff meetings to cover health and safety issues, program topics, new information, and professional development.
Consistency and balance is very important when it comes to teaching little ones, and this is what we strive for every day.
We keep our staff turnover to a minimum by ensuring that each of our staff members is happy working at Peppertree and are receiving everything they need in order to be a successful teacher.

ReferencesOur 5-year-old twins started going to Peppertree when they were 2½ and it was just what they needed. They have learned great social skills and the preschool program at Peppertree gives them the skills they needed to go into kindergarten. It has been a great experience for the whole family.
